On October 7, 2010, Forbes recognized Beyoncé as the ninth most powerful woman in the world in their list of the '100 Most Powerful Women' in the world, which was topped by US First Lady Michelle Obama, followed by Rosenfeld and media mogul Oprah Winfrey.
Beyonce, 29, thus became the second youngest woman to feature on the list, the youngest being Lady GaGa, 24, placed at number seven in the same list.
